TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  
Reservations: A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking for Kenya safaris and balance payable at or before safari start. 
 
Tanzania/Uganda/Rwanda/Zanzibar safaris: A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking and balance payable at or before safari start. 
 
You may also decide to pat the full amount at the booking confirmation. 
Its possible to pay online or locally by credit card/debit cards at no 
extra cost.
 
 
 
Cancellation policy. 
Any safari deposit paid shall be refunded less the cost of cancellation 
fees levied by hotels/lodges/camps and administrative costs as below: 
 
0 to 5 days before safari, No refund of the tour price. 
6 to 14days 30% of the tour price. 
15 to 40days 20% of the tour price. 
41 to 60 days full refund less 5% banks, levies for the transfer.

 
NB. Due to covid-19 pandemic you can postpone your safari departure dates 
with us to later dates within 24months of the original dates of your safari and your deposit payment will remain safe and vaild. Wildlife sun safaris will hold credit to the value.
Payment: Payments are to be made directly into company bank account through bank transfer, at company offices or with the credit card.
 
 Transportation: Safari mini bus, cars land rovers 4x4 or coaches will be provided according to the transfer, safari, route and the number of clients and also as per request and agreement. The company reserves the right to employ the services of subcontractors.  
 
Alteration of tour: The company reserves the right to alter arrangements or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should the condition beyond our control occur e.g. over bookings, in which case we will offer you a choice of alternative safari or similar safari on different dates or receive a full refund.

Safari booking postponement shall be governed by the following terms. 
 
 1. Changes to the existing booking must be communicated to wildlife sun safaris up to a minimum 20 days prior to safari starting dates. 
 
2. Bookings shall be rebooked for similar period /season of the year previously booked low/high/peak. 
 
3. In case of safari re-booking, accommodation shall be provided in the original confirmed accommodation / similar or superior one. 
 
4. Season/period re-booking variation price difference between the respective season shall be added or reduced. 
 
Note: Due to the global covid-19 pandemic our guests refunds shall be done within 180 days upon receipt of cancellation for the safari.
Optional activities:
There will be activities available from other independent suppliers not affiliated to our company, for example night walking safaris, horseback and camel safaris, canoeing, hot air balloons, gorilla trekking, diving and snorkeling, etc.

Although precautions are taken by the supplier to guard against dangers, your safety cannot be guaranteed should you decide to participate in such activities while on the tour,  but  you are free to do so.

However such participation will be at your own risk.  
Common sense: Wildlife sun safaris requests common sense and caution be exercised, while visiting any of the towns, cities or doing the above activities while on the tour.  
 
Tour member: The company reserves the right to decide to accept or retain any person as a tour member should such person's mental condition, physical infirmity or general conditions interfere on the smooth operation of the tour or other member.
 Liability: The Company and its agents act only as agents of the tours, transport etc and shall not be liable for injury, delay, loss or damage in any manner, the company's liability to passengers carried in its own vehicle is governed by the laws of the country in which the tour takes place. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the country in which the act ions occurred. The company shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages of luggage.  
No refund for partially completed tour or unused services.  
 
Force Majeure: Any events which the supplier could not have foreseen or avoided even with all due care, such as acts of God, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, government action and all similar circumstances outside our control, the supplier shall not be liable to pay any compensation or be responsible for any expenses or losses you incur where services are delayed, cancelled or affected.
