Pick up from the hotel drive Taveta border,Transfer to Moshi for over night  
 
Day2 
The climb stars from Marangu gate to Mandara hut[ 3-4hours]the forest trail is slower 9000 ft.  
 
Day3 
Mandara hut to Horombo hut [5-7hours] 12450ft  
 
Day4 
Horombo hut to Kibo hut [5-6hours] 15450ft  
 
Day5 
Ascend to Gilmans and Uhuru peak [ 5-8 hours ]19344ft  
 
Day6 
Back to Marangu gate then to Moshi for overnight  
 
Day7 
Breakfast transfer to Taveta border then drive to Mombasa arrive in the evening
